Ceiling Height of Ground Floor and First Floor? The standard in Australia is 2.4m and these days 2.7m with newer dwellings specially if you need fans.

(e.g taps, shower head, drains etc) • Sink size and type? • Do you want to tile to the ceiling or to a certain height? Yes/No • Are shower screens required in all bathrooms? Black or Silver?

• What size floor and wall tiles? • Do you want to tile to the ceiling or a certain height? (while tiling to the ceiling looks fantastic, it may incur additional costs) • Do you want both a washing machine and dryer or just a washing machine? • What material for the cabinetry and style of handles? • Bench tops? (e.g. laminate, timber, stone etc)
